Cy began her aesthetics journey with Age with Elegance Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic in 2019. While she didn’t have specific concerns, she was unhappy with her appearance and sought to improve her skin quality and overall look. During her consultation, it became clear that her skin showed signs of significant ageing, sun damage, volume loss, and deep lines and wrinkles. We introduced Cy to a medical-grade skincare routine using the Obagi Medical Anti-Oxidant System. Her tailored regimen included:

Cy underwent regular anti-wrinkle treatments using Botulinum Toxin A every 3 months, extending to 4-5 months as muscle activity was controlled. However, her frown lines (11’s) proved resistant, so we cautiously introduced a soft dermal filler (Teosyal RHA 1) to smooth these lines.
Next, we addressed mid-face volume loss and deep wrinkles using a combination of fillers:

Four months into her treatment plan, significant improvements were visible. I met Cath a few years ago now and can honestly say, I have never met a kinder, more considerate, patient, honest woman who truly cares about people (not only in her day-to-day life) but also in how she makes you feel and truly listens to the goals you would like to achieve. I have been quite ill for a number of years and the condition I had and the treatments I received have taken their toll on me quite badly. My confidence was, shall we say, shattered, I didn’t see any point in anything anymore I was just happy to be alive. I was really down one day and a friend recommended I call and speak to Cath just for a chat to see if she could rebuild my confidence and help me (to be honest I didn’t think this was achievable – how wrong was I 😊).

Christina first came to visit Age with Elegance Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic in August 2021. Her main concerns were volume loss, lines and wrinkles and small lips. She has relatively good skin integrity.
We started her journey by treating the lines and wrinkles to forehead, frown lines and crows feet, and her moderately ‘dimpled’ chin with Botulinium Toxin A in the form of Allergan Botox.
In the same session, we addressed replacing the volume lost to her medial cheeks by using a combination of Teosyal Puresense Ultra Deep to give structural support back to the cheeks and Teosyal RHA 4 dermal fillers to replace lost volume using a multi-layering technique.
We treated her upper lip lines and small lips with Teosyal RHA 2, adding volume and definition to the lips and smoothing out the upper lip lines.
During Cristinas’ second session, we enhanced the naso-labial folds and added slightly more volume to her lips that she still felt was lacking. Both were treated with Teosyal RHA 3 dermal filler.

Next was to address the ‘saggy’ skin underneath her eyes forming ‘eye bags’. Whilst the reality is that surgery is the only real option to fully rectify this issue, it was felt that there may be some mileage in trying to get some tightening with Plasma Fibroblast treatment. The results were not fantastic but there was some definite improvement, which Cristina was happy with.

Victoria completed a course of 3D Dermaforce Microneedling with Radiofrequency (RF) to enhance skin texture and further minimize scarring. This innovative treatment stimulates collagen production, promoting tighter, smoother. Since having her first baby in 2024, a flare up in her breakouts and acne prone skin due to not being able to use her prescribed Obagi products and hormones led to her skin being significantly troublesome during and after pregnancy. Once able, we embarked on a course of BioSpicule Therapy and recommenced her Obagi skin care regime – her skin is since transformed.
The results of Victoria’s dedication to her skin have been phenomenal. Her acne scarring has dramatically improved, and she maintains her skin health with a consistent regime of the Obagi Clenziderm System, daily SPF and regular (3 monthly) BioSpicule Therapy.
