Terms & Conditions

 1. Booking Fees & Payments

  • A £50 booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable but will be deducted from the cost of treatment.
  • If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, your booking fee will be retained.
  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited in full to Age with Elegance Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic Ltd.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be redeemed against the cost of treatment if you proceed.
  • All treatment fees must be paid in full upon completion of treatment, before leaving the premises.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

2. Late Arrivals

  • Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled.
  • In such cases, the booking fee will be forfeited.

3. Treatment & Consent

  • A full medical consultation and consent form must be completed before treatment.
  • By signing the consent form and commencing treatment, you enter into a contract with Age with Elegance Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic Ltd and are obliged to pay the agreed treatment fee in full.

4. Refund Policy

  • Treatments are non-refundable once delivered as they are a medical service.
  • Skincare or retail products are non-refundable once opened or used, in line with consumer law.

5. Medical Suitability & Right to Refuse Treatment

  • All treatments are subject to medical assessment and may not be suitable for every patient.
  • Age with Elegance Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic Ltd reserves the right to decline treatment if it is unsafe or not in the patient’s best interest.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • While every effort is made to ensure your safety, Age with Elegance Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic Ltd cannot accept liability for adverse reactions provided that accurate medical history was given and consent obtained prior to treatment.

7. Children & Under-18s

  • Patients must be 18 years or over to receive aesthetic treatments.
  • In exceptional circumstances, specific treatments (such as acne management or wart removal) may be offered to under-18s with parental consent and clinical agreement.

8. Complaints Procedure

  • We take all concerns seriously. Patients who wish to raise a complaint should do so in writing to the clinic.
  • A copy of our full Complaints Policy is available upon request.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Age with Elegance Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic Ltd respects your privacy and complies with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.
  • Any personal or medical information collected will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of your care, legal obligations, and clinical governance.
  • Your information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
  • You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting the clinic.

Mmebership Terms & Conditions

1: No admin fee

  • There is no charge to join any membership plan.

2: Membership term

  • Each plan runs for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
  • After 12 months, the plan can continue, change or end by agreement.

3: End of Membership Year – At the end of each 12 month period:

Eligibility for the annual reward will be assessed

• Bronze – complimentary Medi-Facial (worth £100)

• Silver – complimentary Skin Booster (worth £175)

• Gold – Complimentary Medi-Facial and Skin Booster (worth £275)

• Platinum – Complimentary Medi-Facial and Skin Booster and Obagi minis (worth £325)

  • Unused credit rolls over if membership continues.
  • If cancelled, the credit remains valid for 12 months.

4: Product discount

  • All plans receive 10% discount on topical skincare products.


5: Upgrading or Downgrading Membership

  • Members may upgrade or downgrade at any time.
  • Any unused credit will transfer to the new plan.
  • The membership term continues from the original start date.

6: Payment pauses

  • Memberships may be paused for valid reasons such as pregnancy.
  • Paused time does not count toward benefit eligibility.
  • The membership will cancel automatically after 12 months of non-payment.
  • Any balance will remain as credit on your account.
  • Discounts do not apply to paused memberships.

7: Missed payments

  • Any month unpaid does not count toward the 12-month term and discounts do not apply during unpaid periods.

8: Price changes

  • Treatment prices may change during the membership period.
  • Any increases apply to future bookings and treatments.

9: Payment collection

  • All memberships are paid monthly via GoCardless direct debit.

10: Cancellation

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time without penalty.
  • Payments already made are refundable, but remain as credit to use towards treatments or skincare products.
  • Once cancelled, no further membership benefits or incentives apply or benefits not yet redeemed.

11.Non-transferable

  • Memberships and benefits apply to the named patient only and cannot be shared.
  • Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

12. Amendments to Membership Terms

  • Age With Elegance reserves the right to amend membership pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice.
  • Changes will not affect any credit already accrued.

13. Eligibility & Clinical Suitability

  • Members must be aged 18 or over.
  • All treatments are subject to consultation and medical assessment.

14. Liability & Treatment Suitability

  • All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability.
  • Age With Elegance may decline, postpone or amend treatment plans where clinically necessary.
  • Results cannot be guaranteed, and no liability is accepted for variations in outcome where treatment and aftercare guidance have been followed.
  • If a treatment becomes unsuitable, any existing credit can be used towards alternative treatments or skincare products.
