3D Dermaforce Microneedling/RF is an advanced method of skin rejuvenation. This encourages collagen production in the dermis resulting in rejuvenated and tightened skin. Radio frequency energy is delivered precisely through insulated needles to the dermis heating the collagen fibres to 55ºC–65ºC. This stimulates the body’s natural healing process resulting in the production of collagen and elastin in these areas.

Numbing cream is applied prior to treatment. Following the treatment the skin is red or pink, but is usually resolved by the following morning. A course of 3 treatments is recommended for best effect.

HIGH INTENSITY FOCUSSED ULTRASOUND A non-surgical treatment of face lifting, skin tightening, body firming and body contouring. In short, is a non-invasive treatment of facial ageing that provides some of the benefits of a face lift without the need for surgery. HIFU uses ultrasound to create heat at a deep level in the skin. The heat damages the targeted skin cells causing the body to repair them. tho do this, the body produces collagen to aid in cell regrowth. Plasma fibroblast therapy targets fibroblasts. These are collagen and protein-producing cells in the dermis - the layer of skin just below the outermost skin layer. Fibroblasts play an important role in helping skin wounds heal as well as maintaining skin firmness and tightness. Plasma fibroblast therapy uses a pen-like device that discharges a high-frequency electric current to small areas of the skin. The plasma tip doesn’t directly touch the skin, but instead releases a targeted current just above the skin. The hot current creates micro-injuries in the skin’s layer. The thermal disruption, or heat damage, from plasma fibroblast therapy:
• breaks down proteins in the skin
• encourages tissue regeneration
• stimulates fibroblast activity
• causes tissue contraction (tightening)
